We do not provide monitoring, and we cannot summon help. This site is an information and comparison service only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on this site or any communication with us for emergency assistance.

Content on this site is general information about consumer products. It is not medical advice and must not be treated as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Decisions about whether a personal emergency response system is appropriate for a particular person should be made with their physician.
